Apply for Powergas Nigeria 2026 Technical Graduate Trainee Program
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates are invited for the 2026 Powergas Nigeria Graduate Trainee Program (GTP II – Technical). This is for young graduates to have practical training and actual exposure to the industry in Nigeria’s growing Oil and Gas sector.
The Graduate Trainee Program is a structured 12-month development program that aims at building high levels of technical competence and workplace readiness. Selected trainees are to work in different locations, including Lagos, Kogi, Ondo and Rivers States, in an operational environment. In addition, the participants will be receiving direct mentorship from the industry experts to help them navigate the industry standards, safety practices and career development routes.
Qualifications and Eligibility
To qualify, applicants must hold a BSc or HND with a minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit in any science related course. Applicants must also have completed their NYSC, not be above 28 years of age and must have graduated not more than three years ago. They must also be eligible for full-time employment in Nigeria.
