Check Zamfara State TVET Teachers Recruitment Shotists for CBT Exams
The Zamfara State Committee for Teachers Recruitment has announced the release of a list of eligible candidates for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Teachers Recruitment. This update is for all persons that applied for the TVET teaching jobs and successfully passed the screening stage based on the requirements stated for the recruitment process.
According to the committee, only candidates that met the eligibility criteria during the screening exercise have been shortlisted and invited to sit for the CBT (Computer-Based Test) examinations.
How to Check Zamfara State TVET CBT Shortlist and Examination Details
All shortlisted candidates are also required to ensure their names and the respective CBT centres are confirmed via any of the official platforms provided by the recruitment committee. Candidates can access their status and examination information through a recruitment portal used during the application process.

Besides the online portal, candidates are advised to check the following locations for the shortlist and CBT details:
1. Local Government Councils’ Secretariats.
2. Local Government Education Authority (LGEA) offices
3. Official social media groups and verified handles associated with the recruitment exercise.
Candidates are strongly advised to seek information only from official sources to avoid misinformation.
CBT Examination Date and Time
The committee has, however, confirmed that the CBT examinations will take place on Wednesday the 20th of May, 2026, with the entire exercising beginning at 8:00 am. Candidates are expected to arrive early at the designated centres to carry out all necessary verification processes before the commencement of the examinations. Late arrival will lead to disqualification since no time will be wasted on erratic candidates.
Approved CBT Examination Centres and Zonal Allocation
The CBT examinations will be held in three (3) centres designated as such across the state. They have further been assigned centres allotted to each of the zones and Local Government Areas (LGAs).
1. AMLAK Technology, Kaura Namoda
Zone/LGAs: Zamfara North
This centre is designated for candidates from the following LGAs:
- Birnin Magaji
- Kaura Namoda
- Shinkafi
- Zurmi
2. AMLAK Technology, Gusau
Zone/LGAs: Central Zone
Candidates from the following LGAs will sit for their CBT at this centre:
- Bungudu
- Gusau
- Maru
- Tsafe
3. Talata Mafara Community Development CBT Centre
Zone/LGAs: Zamfara West
This centre will accommodate candidates from:
- Anka
- Bakura
- Bukkuyum
- Gummi
- Maradun
- Talata Mafara
Important Instructions to Candidates
All the shortlisted candidates are advised to carefully check the venue of their CBT examination to be able to confirm the time specifically allocated to them before the examination date. All this will be provided clearly on the examination slip to be printed from the recruitment portal.
Candidates should also note that no alternative arrangements will be made for those who miss the CBT examination schedule. Failure to appear at the assigned centre at the given date and time will automatically disqualify one from the recruitment process.
Candidates are advised to come with their printed examination slip and any other documents as indicated on the slip for verification purposes.
