KTHSMB Shortlists Candidates for Recruitment CBT Exams 2026
The Katsina State Hospital Services Management Board (KTHSMB) has released the names of shortlisted applicants who applied for the 2026 recruitment. Shortlisted candidates are hereby informed to check their details for the CBT examination.
All shortlisted applicants should visit the official recruitment portal at https://recruitment.kthsmb.ng/check_status to check their status. Candidates can also check the CBT date and print out their examination slip through the portal.

The slip contains important details for the candidate, including the date, time and venue for the examination, and will be needed to enter the examination hall.
What Candidates Need to Bring
On the CBT examination day, candidates are required to present:
- Printed copy of the CBT examination slip.
- Original academic and professional certificates.
- Means of Identification
These items are compulsory and will be verified before candidates are allowed into the examination venue.
Prohibited Items and Conduct
Candidates are reminded that electronics are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, or any other related electronic devices are prohibited. Candidate(s) found possessing banned items shall be disqualified from the examination immediately.
It is worth noting that only officially shortlisted applicants will be allowed to take part in the CBT. They are also advised to print out their slips and make all necessary arrangements in good time to prevent delays or last-minute problems.
