Collection Period: 21st May – 26th May, 2026.

Candidates in the Mubi Zone are scheduled as follows:

  • Madagali: 21st – 22nd May, 2026
  • Michika: 23rd – 24th May, 2026
    Mubi North: 25th May, 2026
    Mubi South: 26th May, 2026
    Maiha: 26th May, 2026

Applicants from these LGAs should attend strictly on their assigned dates.

Gombi Zone Appointment Letter Collection

Collection Period: 1st June – 6th June, 2026.

The schedule for Gombi Zone is outlined below:

  • Hong: 1st June, 2026
  • Gombi LGA: 4th June, 2026
  • Song LGA: 5th June, 2026
  • Girei LGA: 6th June, 2026

Numan Zone Appointment Letter Collection

Collection Period: 8th June – 12th June, 2026.

Collection Period: 19th June – 26th June, 2026.

  • Yola South LGA: 25th – 26th June, 2026.

Venue for Collection of Appointment Letters

Regardless of zone or LGA, all successful candidates are required to collect their employment letters at the State Post Primary Schools Management Board.

Employment Notification Slip

  • This slip must be downloaded and printed from the portal:
